As a reminder, you must submit an application for approval whenever you plan to make exterior changes to your property, such as painting your home, extending your driveway, replacing your fence, changing your landscape, etc. Getting written approval for your change ensures that you are in good standing with the Association and helps streamline the process in case of future organizational changes. When submitting your application, please include colored photos of the existing condition and the materials you plan to use. In most cases, a plot plan with measurements is also required.

There are 12 distinct color schemes, and we plan to add more to ensure that the Community’s colors remain modern and consistent. When considering painting your home, remember that the extent of the paint job required may vary depending on the fading of your house. Whether you need to paint only wood or accents or the whole house, it is essential to obtain approval before proceeding with any painting project. Painting contributes to maintaining the curb appeal of your Community, which in turn helps preserve property values.
