RESULTS OF ELECTION/REPORT TO THE MEMBERS

Your Association’s Adjourned Annual Meeting of the Members was held on October 25, 2023.

A quorum of 25%, or 45 owners, present either in person or by Secret Ballot was required for the meeting. It was announced that the quorum requirement was not met. There being no quorum present, the Annual Meeting was adjourned for one more year.

There being no quorum present, an announcement was made that no further attempts would be made, and the Board would remain for an additional year.

The office was organized as follows:

Jennifer Miller – President

Frank Anarumo – Vice President

Rhonda Gadlin – Treasurer

Michael Tejada – Secretary

Myriam Solano – Member at Large

Architectural Applications

As a reminder, you must submit an application for approval whenever you plan to make exterior changes to your property, such as painting your home, extending your driveway, replacing your fence, changing your landscape, etc. Getting written approval for your change ensures that you are in good standing with the Association and helps streamline the process in case of future organizational changes. The Architectural Guidelines and home improvement forms are available on the resident portal: https://resident.actionlife.com/. When submitting your application, please include colored photos of the existing condition and the materials you plan to use. In most cases, a plot plan with measurements is also required.

Colors Schemes:

Please take note of the updated color scheme options available on the resident portal https://resident.actionlife.com/. There are 12 distinct color schemes, and we plan to add more to ensure that the Community’s colors remain modern and consistent. When considering painting your home, remember that the extent of the paint job required may vary depending on the fading of your house. Whether you need to paint only wood or accents or the whole house, it is essential to obtain approval before proceeding with any painting project. Painting contributes to maintaining the curb appeal of your Community, which in turn helps preserve property values.

NOTICE OF CC&R VIOLATION FINE INCREASE

A violation fine increase rule was recently mailed to the membership for your review and feedback. The Board of Directors reviewed and considered your comments during the Board meeting held on April 6, 2023. After careful review and consideration, the proposed rule change to increase the fines to $200 per occurrence was adopted by the Board of Directors as presented.
You can access a copy of the Association’s rules and regulations on the Resident Portal at http://resident.actionlife.com for your reference.
If you have any questions regarding the change, please contact Management.
